Nose has brown butter sauteed pineapple, fresh coconut meat, (damp) crushed granite, faint sea spray and baked pear. Palate has under-ripe pineapple, lime peel, sugared lemon slice, cold caramel yellow apple, phenolic notes which runout though a medium finish. Needs YEARS, revisit 2026+. I was intrigued by the nose but underwhelmed by the palate tonight.
