Brioche, guava, creme fraiche, vanilla, and a hint of oak on the nose. The palate is vibrant with more brioche, pineapple and guave. Soft mousse with a long finish. Delicious now, although the bubbles disappeared in about 15 minutes, so might need to drink sooner rather than later.
