Minerals off the charts. Slightly sweeter than your run of the mill Kabinett, enamel destroying acid. A touch of CO2. Underripe melon, lemon flowers, white peach. Living up to the 2015 hype for sure!!!

Loved it on night 1. Was still good on night 2. By the 3rd night, the acidity had receded, the Mosel sweetness was too front and center for me. Probably best drunk early.

So much verve. Alive. Tart apple. Flowers, minerals. Dried herbs.

What a bomb of a Kabinett from Peter Lauer. At first some sulfur on the nose which blows off very quickly. Than Lemon, lemon zest, herbs, fresh sliced green apple. High acidity, nice tension on the mid-palate, salt, salt, salt on the backend. So much freshness & juice. More on the dry side for an Kabinett. An absolutely stunning showing.

So many conversations at once, it’s hard to clearly articulate. Remarkable and deep. Explosive fruit. Rubber ball and smokey flint. Peaches and apricot and table melting acid. So much, and so well balanced, you hardly notice what must be a dearth of subterranean residual sugar - must be at 7.5% ABV.

Terrific stuff. Lots of stuffing and acidity.
