I followed the instructions on the bottle & have this a few hours of slow ox. The nose is full of flowers, almond notes & fresh ripe berries. Darker berries on the palate with some higher tones across the finish. Ethereal weight, with ample structure. This is old school wine which ages beautifully and a producer I should drink more often.

VA and funk on the nose. With some air and enough of a chill this is a charming, high-acid wine that tastes like pure wild strawberries. I don’t really know how to rate this, so I won’t - there are a lot of shortfalls/technical faults, but I still like it!
