The youngest Corison that I've ever had that was this opulent and ready to drink. Really damn good!

striking a great balance between interesting developing notes with fruits that are still dancing and fresh

500th Delectable wine. Rich, lots of dark red fruit, some tannins, mouthwatering (maybe due to ribeye). Subtle finish, but long. Nose is wonderful. Wine club wine from 10+ years ago.

Dark fruit, milk chocolate, minerals, and bright acidity. Drinking very nicely now.

Top of the line California Cabernet. Deep, rich, viscous, balanced and ready right out of the bottle. Perfect birthday wine.

Flight 3 with another bottle of 2004 Kronos, 2003 Kronos, and 2011 Kronos. Great study in bottle variation. One smelled of a snuffed out candle on the nose with mineralogy and some star anise on the palate, and the other was vibrant and multidimensional, with rose/violet notes and olives.
