Bright, clear light yellow in the glass... touch of reduction or funky sulfur on the nose... but It blew off as the wine warmed. Sharp tart lemon pith coupled with lime, yuzu and zippy acidity. Guard your tooth enamel...the acid jumps up and bites... but I love it. This wine is alive...cuts through the amazing fatty richness of a Flannery Pork Roast and leaves you wanting more. Listed at 12.1 ABV. I’m becoming addicted to New World Chenin Blanc. So glad I bought six...
