And pulled pork sandwich was the best thing consumed in Atlanta last night. I’m sure of it

Much better than a recent Corcelette opened but still shows some 15 gunk. Nose is floral, a bit stewy, nice pastille, warm meadow and some granite. Smells like 15 for sure. But like a Foillard 15. Palate is fresh and a skoche hot but nice texture and length. Good not great.

This wine is outrageous. Extremely intense, must decant. Black currant and smoky leather.

Fresh raspberry, cherry, mineral and violet notes on the nose. Bright acidity and crunchy tannins. Leaner and more angular than the Côte Du Py but still silky. Wish I would’ve held on to it longer as the finish was a bit disappointing. Will improve with age.
