Superb. One of those wines that makes you fall in love with Chablis all over again. Beautifully composed citrus, minerality and buttery richness. Worthy of its 1er cru status.

Stoney lemon curd, hint of brown butter, minerals for days. Young, deep and pedigreed like a young Roosevelt at Harvard. Slightest hint of oyster shell, as if I ate a few Hog Islands before tasting. Opulent in the middle, intensely dry and vervey in the finish. Infanticide, but I'm ok with that!

My favorite white Burg of the evening by a hair amongst a solid line up. Flinty.
