Domaine Dujac is one of Burgundy's most storied estates. Located in the village Morey-Saint-Denis, they take a vineyard-first approach to winemaking, just the way we like it! Seeing first hand the raw material that goes into these wines it became clear that a fastidious-like work ethic in the vines is why these wines are so very sought after. Their 1er Cru bottling here is comprised of vines further up the slope from their village level rendition. Whole cluster fermentation and gentle extraction contributes to the haunting perfume that has come to define these wines for decades.

Creosote, sweet cherry, dried herbs. Long, lush and clearly a lot of life ahead.
