Medium gold, heavy in the glass. Killer Cochey nose. Notes of apricot, lemon, crushed stone, petrol, oak and tan spice. Palate-staining in the mouth with a core of fruit matched with tingling acidity. This is in a perfect drinking window. Coche village wine in 99 is often on par with 1ers and GCs.

Medium gold color. Nice heavy weight in the glass for a Village wine. Leesy, citrus nose. Notes of lemon, some petrol, wet stones, mandarin orange, tan spices and some sweet candied apricot. Rich in the mouth. Needs 2 hours of air in a decanter to power up its structure and acidity, and the wine becomes much more complex as well. Great bottle... Feelin’ Cochey!
