Strawberry jam cut by astringent acid. A well-crafted purity.

After about 45 minutes in the decanter and a brief chill this was singing. Bright red fruit--strawberry--good acidity and grip.

Cloudy ruby (unfined), bright red fruit up front and a bit of funk on the finish. Good acidity and some tannins on the finish. The last vintage of this sierra foothills gamay as a collaboration between Rajat Parr and the arnot-Roberts guy.
