From 60-year old vines, fermented in stainless and aged for 6 months on lees, medium lemon color with pronounced aromas of fruit, floral and earthy herbs. On the palate flavors of ripe apple and apricot with notes of white flowers and expressive earthy tones, with slight presence of oak. Long finish, ending with fruit, mineral and earthy yeasty character. An unusual white worth seeking out.
