As I was researching this wine, I saw that Crush Wine Co calls it a “gateway skin-contact wine” and I agree that’s the best way to describe it. It’s got very high acidity and a creamy texture but the flavors are very approachable: orange peel, ripe yellow apple, and white flowers. Btw I don’t think I’ve ever rated a wine for under $20 this high but for me this is really a stand-out.

Thé whites of E&M are an acquired taste. This However i could drink by the bucket. Hard to describe. No peach here - more spice cabinet. Needs air. Like a salad - yes this reminds me of romaine lettuce with apples. @ least right now. More when this has settled down. Very cloudy right now from shipping

very cool! wild, delicate and tropical all at once. white flower, unripe peach, papaya, sthg sharp and zesty underneath a soft peach pit gauze. sneakily high acid, mouthfeel is soft but your mouth is watering a few seconds after you swallow. lots going on, definitely fun. gorgeous color too.
