Finally tried this 'cult' wine. On the first day, terribly reduced. On the second day, not reduced, but not much else either. A little tannic. Nice acidity. Not much fruit character. Little pleasure. Tastes like a mediocre white grape variety that was macerated.

Yellow asian pear, lemon juice, hint of wild honey, minerals from rock, yellow flower, hint of smokiness on the nose. Med plus body(textured), med plus acidity...fruit forward wine, but balanced with other characters(minerality, fruit sugar)yellow apple, hint of acacia honey, hint of bitterness on the end. Lovely wine that can enjoy for various purposes...by the glass or prosciutto, cottechino.
