I couldn't believe this sparkling wine when i tasted it. Jovial, refreshing, with as attempt at showcasing some darn fine fruit, technique, and place. Deep flavor - persimmon. Drink out of a red wine glass. Happily last day open!!

I've been waiting to get my hands on this and I finally found a bottle in NYC. It was well worth the wait. Bright and fruity yet elegant and restrained. Just the right amount of fizz and yeast —and super well balanced. Pet Nat is slowly catching on and I can't wait for the next bottle.
