This just oozes elegance. Nose of high altitude (cool) red berries, leading into floral fruit and elegant earthiness, cherry lipstick/liqueur, laced with finely crushed volcanic rocks. So much energy on the palate; all the elements are deftly balanced.

Very enjoyable and quaffable. Not quite life changing like the hype suggests. Pinot-like structure with some volcanic mineral energy. Maybe I should’ve given it some time in the cellar but it didn’t seem like tannins were obscuring more depth.

去年の年始に19を飲んだのだが、気になり再飲。 結構、甘さが強調されて、強い印象だったが、柔らかな甘さにベリーやちょいローズ、紅茶というかオリエンタルな感じの華やか。紫蘇っぽい綺麗な酸も。 ビンテージの違いなのか、経年なのかわからないが、しなやかで上品。 美味しかった。 オムレツの上にだし醤油をかけたアスパラのサラダにあったのは面白かったし、わかめの酢の物の、酢にはあまりピンと来なかったがワカメの味わいにはぴったり。
