Mineral and salinity at the core of this mountain-grown wine; wrapped in a richness that is reminiscent of the lees treatment seen in burgundy but less predictable. There's a ton of other happenings here too - floral, tropical, lychee, pear, citron marmalade- but it's all subtle and integrated. Some of sicily's best at this price. Paired great with some salmon and pesto with hash!

Delicious Sicilian white, velvety fruit, fresh acid and saline minerality. Paired very well with white anchovies in a Parmesan "taco shell" prep with orange peel aioli.
