I believe this is my first time with this wine from Dauvissat. Insanely good. Gave it a 90 minute decant before pouring back into the bottle to take to dinner. Maybe the most mineral wine I’ve had? Seemed almost German! A cool tobacco note and kind of spiciness. Last sip of course the best. Lucky to have had the chance to catch this on its youthful upswing.
