Domaine Paul Jaboulet Aîné Hermitage ‘La Chapelle’ 2019: Full-bodied. High tannins. Dry acidity. Blackberry. Black cherry. Plum. Cassis. Leather. Oak. Earth. Long hot finish. For me, this wine was youthful and concentrated; needed significant time to open to reflect a nice structure & balance. I believe this wine would benefit by being cellared for at least 20 years to truly reflect its character & potential. Great weekend to all! Cheers
