Light straw colour . Explosive on the nose , orange flowers , crystallised peel , Jasmin , ginger . Pretty sweet but with great refreshing acidity . Orange , ginger , honey . Very long but really refined and elegant . Vibrant , needs time . Another 5 years then will drink well for a further 10 at least . At Cheers Irish Pub , Jaraguá do Sul , SC , Brazil
