From magnum. A fabulous Grand Cru NV and pretty much everything I want in a BdB Champagne. Bright citrus fruit and white peach with lovely minerals and some absolutely banging acid! Gorgeous texture. Impeccable balance, everything is in the right place. It could be the large format (Champagne always seems to be more delicious from big bottles) but I want more of this in my life.
