Like any good gewurtz, it's very lychee driven. There's barley honey and Meyer lemon in there, which brings in some acidity. But there's a strange zip at the back of the throat. A slightly funky sting, almost like a strong blue. That's not a bad thing, just rather interesting. Would recommend more for meals than drinking with friends
