Clean nose. Raspberry blackberry and clove (which I don't get on Chareauneuf do Papes). A little bit of light, powdered sugar This wine is enormous. Bombastic tannins, bitter black chocolate, fresh raspberry jam from a roadside stand. Immature. Still getting its shit together, but huge potential. 3-4 years away from being ready to drink unless you decant it all day.
