Nose is a bit mute at first. Floral. Stunning. Very pure. Excellent and complex and almost like a Viognier from Montrachet nose. It’s so grandiose and yet so retrained. Aromas. Are. Ridiculous. Tropical yet also mineral. Wow. Concentrated and so deep. Amazing textures and the salty mineral finish is a total wow. A wine of unique structure and flavor intensity. Stunning. Sappy. Spicey. It has it all.
