Pop and pour. A medium ruby red color. On the nose: floral, forest floor, cherry, herbs, and caramel vanilla. Taste: white pepper, strawberry/raspberry, with a smokey floral medium plus finish framed by medium acidity. Tannins starting to resolve...give this medium body wine a few more years. This pinot going great with the Imperial Peking Duck tasting menu at this once Michelin starred restaurant (1st Chinese restaurant in north America to earn one). VIVA LAS VEGAS!!!!!!!!!!!
