2020 vintage. Tasted again, after a first time at the Château when it was only bottled a week, with consistent notes. The finest wine in Haut-Medoc, combining Margaux elegance with Pessac-Léognan spiciness.

2020 vintage. Tasted this morning at the Château with Caroline Frey. Just bottled a week ago. Another great effort after the splendid 2019. Also tasted the 2021 primeur which is a great success for the vintage with more Cabernet Sauvignon than usual.

both this 2020 as the 2019 vintage are stunning. Nothing out of balance from start to finish, good nose, elegant palate, smooth and fresh, a treat to drink now and in the future. (93+)

Nose: closed but hints of loveliness. Lilacs Palate : focused blackberry fruit. Good acidity. Hints of good internal aromatics. Hints of blueberry rock candy. Delicious.

No notes, we have it along a beautiful ribeye steak. Tar, cedar, cassis, a bit of smoked bacon too. This is a real treat. Great acid backbone, some really nice tannins, some coffee grain touch. A very long finish that ends with a pinch of bitterness. This is greatness. What a wine! For 36 Euro in retail (in France, near Bordeaux) , you should buy by case. This is still an infant but it tastes great today already!
