Just perfect whether a 1/2 or a full bottle. Primary taste of white flowers, lychee, peach and pineapple. Perfect acidity, bitterness and off sweet. Now 10 to 15 years waiting for these secondary tastes to develop. Quite a challenge to not touch something this good earlier.

There is wine and then there is WINE. Sheer perfection just like the 2009, the 2001, the ... 1921 and yes the 2015. Just bow and be grateful. And yes forget you got some for the next 15 years. Tremendous.

This is a perfect and stunning wine. Pineapple and lychee and exotic fruits, balance and great acidity. Best expression since the 2001. This is “it”. Hurry up to taste when you still can before it becomes way too expensive.

Flavor is expansive and hard to describe. The smell of sun ripe apricots and tree picked nectarines so strong. Summer hay, warm tropic breezes, jasmine, orange peel, anise, spices, citrus, golden plum and honeyed nectar in perfect proportion. Intense and compact now... going to be transportive.
