On the nose you have apricots, pineapples and caramel. You get cinnamon on the opening, crème brulee again, honey and raisins, round and rich, brilliantly bracing acidity, and poised sweetness brilliantly focused. It becomes silkier past the mid palate, with such beautiful balance, and the finish is awash in caramelized brown sugar and some pineapple. Overall, this has beautiful balance and is just seamless, compelling, and a tribute to Yquem.

Lots if honey dried apricot Carmel flan and brown spices the 1950 has a bit more richness And a bit of a musty note to the finish
