Sipping Fine Wine
A blend of 52% Cab Sauv, 45% Merlot & 3% Petit Verdot, deep Ruby with aromas of fresh red and black fruit with floral spice. On the palate flavors of blueberry, plum and cherry with some cacao and licorice notes, adding in oak and mineral spice. Fine smooth tannins, good balance, long finish with fruit and earthy oak spice ending. Drinking well, good value.

1/22 - really nice out of the bottle. But after an hour it did not soften. It became more tanic. Tight. Think the better left bank wine from 2015 are too young. A lot of black fruit and black licorice.. 79
