Floral. So pretty. Elegant but also a bit bitter.

Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (60%) and Merlot (40%). Dark ruby color with purple highlights. Aromas of black fruit, tar, smoky tobacco, dusty earth and baking spices. The palate is full of cooked black cherry/currant/plum fruit flavors, blueberries, black tea, graphite and those baking spices. Hint of vanilla and minerals on the long and lingering finish. Medium-plus bodied and muscular structure. Chewy tannins and nicely integrated acidity. Still a bit tight but heading to a very good place with some additional bottle age.

2018 vintage. Likely going someplace special but not even close to being there now. Tea like components flavor wise. Light bodied. Herbal/dust/shroom/tea nose. Closed for business and giving few hints as to future shop hours.
