Straw-colored in the glass with a fine mousse. The Arlaux Brut Grande Cuvée offers aromas of golden apple, fresh ginger and candied orange peel. On the palate toasty, yeasty notes are bolstered by mouthwatering acidity. The finish is particularly long and lovely.

What a darling #champagne! Nose fairly closed when cold, touches of yeasty notes. Palate is incredible, dosage is perfect, so much verve and energy with fine bubbles on the palate. Need to pick up more of this. #costcowines

I second that this is a steal! And a perfect pairing for…Collards and hocks w pasilla. Golden in the glass, not the biggest nose, but in the mouth it’s lively, full, with a fine mousse, nicely refreshing against the fat of the ham hock. As it warms, lots of brioche & almonds on the palate and more gooseberry on the nose.Sometimes, you hit the bullseye without knowing what you’re doing. Thanks @ Garagiste
