a pleasant surprise! light, bright, and mineral-driven with tones of anise and thyme. nice to see something other than a fruity juice bomb out of Chile.

Awesome ruby red color. Light-medium body. Bright pop rocks up front. Bit of citrus first, followed by cherry and raspberry. Bit sour extremely drinkable.

Delectable couldn't identify the pic. No surprise since they don't use a UPC label. Is actually still a país but not pipeño. Santa Cruz de Coya . . . Perhaps not not an especially complex wine, but has a beautiful, slightly foggy light ruby color; it's unfiltered and you get a really acidic mid-palate grip. I thought it was terrific. And I clearly need to keep drinking more small producer País. My first 2016.
