Delicious! Maybe one of the smoothest, best-balanced champagnes I have had. Lots of bready, yeasty notes balance green apples. Acid is not overpowering at all, and the wine finishes clean- leaving you refreshed. Thank you @George Jackson for the recommendation! Part of a great dinner at Halyards in St. Simon's Island.
