From 2 parcels of old vines, winemaker Patrick Piuze produces a range of distinctive Chablis that are densely aromatic and with great concentration. This 2014 Terroir de Courgis packs in aromas of white peach, white pepper and wet rocks followed by chiseled flavors of apple, Meyer lemon, flint, and gunsmoke. While good now, this wine has all the right stuff and will evolve nicely over the next 5-8 years.
