Clear deep purple, medium + viscosity, legs Clean and youthful on the nose, medium + intensity with aromas of wild strawberries, fresh cranberries, raspberries, floral hints of violet and lavender, a touch of vanilla. On the palate the wine is dry, medium + acidity and alcohol, medium body, medium - tannins, medium + intensity with notes of wild berries, red and black cherries, black pepper, sweet spices. A touch of vanilla. Almost long length. Great to drink now or to cellar for up to 5 years.

A GSM Blend with a splash of Viognier. Even Henschkes quaffers have that stamp of class that is given to their big gun cuvees. One of those very gluggable wines that disappear very quickly at the end of a very long lunch!
