Nose has a sense of cleaning products and water in a bucket...not to mention a touch of turpentine. The palate is lemon/lime juice, green apple, beeswax with just a slight hint of turpentine, mushroom and grainy minerals.

Continuing my just-started quest for interesting Chardonnay, to the States! Pure tropical fruit, no malolactic fermentation or barrel contact, so not too fat on the palate. It cannot hide that it's a warm climate wine, you have to look for freshness, but the good thing is that it isn't trying to be something it's not. Proper American Chardonnay, nice and even at an interesting price point in comparison to the majority of US wines you find in Belgium.

Very dry, almost like a Sauvignon Blanc which I like. But gave me a headache the next day

Not bad but a touch acidic. Some oak and a bit of citrus.

Sweet, but does not have the bitterness of other bargain Chardonnays. Drinks well with a meal, but is not as smooth drunk without food.

For a non Chardonnay drinker, this is very good. Not oaky which I like:(
