Nose of blackberry and olive and garrigue. The palate is well balanced with a bit of fruit / sugar at first : Black berries again, a wide palate with pepper on the sides, a quite long finish that lingers with pepper. We like it

Yummy! Well structured, earthy, good juicy fruit. The wine is inky and succulent. Drinking really nicely well but could stand a couple years rest.

Classic minerality, blackberries, and smoke. Grippy tannins and iron

Color's just so black in the center and violet on the edge that it just feels like you couldn't extract much more from the skins. Blackberries, crushed rocks, a sense of herb like mint or tarragon. The heat of the wine is heavy and the juiciness is the show for this young wine. I expect Olive notes to come out with age and oxidation. On the palate the level of acid left vs the tannin is perfect. It's lively yet a blueprint of the tannin > acid aspect of Syrah. Good glugger under 5 years old. After that it's a dinner party wine that needs food.

A lot of minerality here. Brighter than expected, enjoy for purity now or hold on to this for a decade. Real sludgy feel, grainy tannin

Still so young and tight. lot of concentration and structure. Iron, bacon, and some campfire on the nose. Black raspberry, plum, strawberry, apple cider. Such fine tannins it's gorgeous. Wanna come back in 10 years. So juicy yet with a core of minerality that soars
