Mylene Bru is making extermely exciting wines from her familie's old vineyards. Made from whole bunches she palces one layer of Syrah, than another of Cinsault and than a layer of Carrignan repeating until the fermentation vessel is full. Im not sure what does does but the resulting wine. The resulting wines have an amazing depth of colour eautiful lush tannins and vibarnat up front fruit. Cassoulet or charcoal grilled lamb beware.
