I love Bott&Geyl and will love it forever especially after my visit to their vineyards last summer, but this bottle turned out quite inexpressive and mellow. I love my Rieslings razor sharp and precise like a lazer. This is not one of those, unfortunately. Their Crus are magestic though.

N: Gun flint, honeysuckle, white flower, lots of green apple P: less of everything above + lime and lime pith. Oily with prickly finish.

Lots of flint and floral notes on the attack, followed by citrus zest and white peach. Spicey, petrol finish. A good riesling even if it's tad unfocused.
