A beet sugar vodka made at NYC’s only vodka distillery. This dynamic spirit is made by biologist/chemist/physicist/engineers that build everything for their product from scratch. This includes the bio-reactors (glass continuous fermentation vessels), house-grown French sugar beet yeast, and ultra-high separation batch fractional reflux still. All cuts are rigorously tasted and the best notes are selectively blended together, allowing for exceptional control over the taste, aroma and texture of the final product. No carbon-filtration, additives, sugars, or modifiers with a resulting vodka that is subtle, soft, and incredibly smooth.
