Glinavos Vlahiko 2009

$22.99

Back in the '70s, Lefteris Glinavos in Epirus was one of 4-5 guys who started the boutique winery movement in Greece. Today, he and his son, Thomas, continue to bring us some of the most delicious and characterful wines from this corner of northern Greece. Vlahiko is the grape here and delivers loads of electric acidity and woodsy blackberry and blackberry leaf. Definitely one to have on hand if you're roasting a suckling pig, or even just a pork chop.
