Classic take on this underrated AOC for Sauvignon Blanc in the Loire Valley. Bright, zesty and loaded with minerality.

All Sauvignon Blanc but it drinks almost like a Savennières. You can actually smell the minerals. The vines are planted in silex and pink limestone. I learned off the KL website that 50 years ago "the wines of Quincy were more recognized for their quality than Sancerre or Pouilly-Fume, and commanded a higher price." I now can see why.

Great sauv blanc - tastes like grapefruit and rocks. Great acidity too. Need to try more wines from Quincy

Well crafted, bone dry acidity calls for food but sharp lemon and grassy finish is classic.

Nice balance; soft petroleum aroma; minerals, smooth vanilla finish.
