Coming from this tiny producer, the organic and biodynamic wine is made by pressing, then fermentingthe grapes in cement, egg-shaped cuves. the wine is then racked in 1-3 year-old barrels for anywhere from 4 months to 1 year, depending on the vintage. The production is very small and we are proud to have it!
