Such a pure Meursault-like Chard is seldom found from the Southern Hemisphere. Whole bunches from mature vines in Walker Bay are hand selected & sorted. The bunches are pressed intact in to French oak where they ferment & age for 11 months. The result is a beautiful framed wine with a mineral driven personality accented by crisp pear.
