Classic Chilean Cabernet with big, ripe fruit, soft tannins and a hint of herbaceousness for added complexity.
Sipping Fine Wine
Tried another bottle. In 2006, Cousiño-Macul celebrated its 150th anniversary, established in Santiago in 1856. Recently the Cousiños moved to a new estate at Buin. Dark Ruby with aromas of sweet fruit with a floral spice nose. The palate shows currents and cherries with smooth tannins on a lingering finish. Drink now. Much better than previously bottle.

Smooth with great flavor. Not overly complex. Well worth $11 from Costco.
