See, with some time and a double decant, not the youngest rosé can be kind.

Dry, minerally, way too young to drink now but love to put a few of these down for 20yrs plus. Loved it !

This 2010 Palette Rouge is harmoniously balanced and was perfect with duck breast. Great now (with some tannic backbone) and will be very long-lived.

Has a crazy clean body, and not viscous either, just silky smooth. Bright acidity hibiscus or rose hip like. Medium tannins And a slight hint of red fruit retro-nasal.

Rose from 2010? No shit. Wherever this began it is now a lovely liquid strawberry cheesecake. Wonderful from beginning to end...and throughout the 4 hour experience I found out that this wine is more impressive to me at room temperature. It's just barely rose by the way...likely the darkest a deepest hue of red one could reach before we would need to debate the ruby hue that may be able to be called rose. I can also imagine this 5 year old bottle of rose has much more life left in it.
