Château Giscours Margaux Red Bordeaux Blend 1970

9.213 ratings on Delectable
$149.99

may have been the best vintage of the 1970s in the Medoc. Giscours is a unique wine, deep garnet red color, sweet mulberry and cassis aromas on the nose with ample fruit, acidity and tannin in perfect balance - all ensure this wine has everything it needs to last. Really an eye opener and not typical for Margaux.

70 Bordeaux Dinner Margaux Flight This was a real surprise in the tasting , remarkably youthful and with sweet red fruits, cedar, leather, cigar box and floral notes.
