Bottled a year later than most producers' Arneis, this is a full-bodied, herbal and waxy white wine with notes of bitter honey, lemon, and mint. Half the juice is macerated three days on the skins; the other half sees no skin contact. All fermented in stainless steel, from 20-year-old vines grown on red clay.
