A little past its prime. Showing some butterscotch and caramel. Definitely a pleasurable experience though!

Wine made from Meursault vines aging from 15 to over 50 years old, aged in French oak (about 20% new) for 12 months. Deep golden color with aromas of tropical fruit, citrus and floral notes. On the palate melon and lemon flavors with notes of toasty vanilla oak. Good balance and structure, lingering finish ending with mineral character.
