JAMAICA : ST. CATHERINE PARISH : WORTHY PARK ESTATE Pot Still Rum, Sugarcane MEDIUM-BODIED, FRESH CANE, TROPICAL FRUIT, LIGHT ESTER, CLEAN FINISH Worthy Park has been farming sugarcane in St. Catherine Parish since 1670. The rum program — revived in 2005 after a decades-long pause — is built entirely on estate fruit, estate infrastructure, and the Clarke family's singular ambition to make great Jamaican rum without compromise on provenance. Rum-Bar Silver is the entry into that program. Pot still rum, Forsyths copper with twin retort: the classic Jamaican configuration. The Silver blends three in-house marques varying by ester concentration, including the high-ester WPE marque that pushes to 800 ester units. That registers here as fresh tropical fruit — pineapple, green banana — rather than funk, settling into clean cane and gentle heat at 40%. 80 Proof Please note: Spirits are only available for local delivery or in-store pickup. All orders for shipping will be cancelled immediately.
